Commercial & Transports
Commercial Law is the body of law that dictates the rights, relations and conduct of legal entities engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade and sales. In Greece is a branch of civil law and it regulates issues arising from the manufacturing or importing of products until their sale to the end consumer. Thus, all the parties involved need to make sure that they comply with all these regulations set by the State and governing bodies.
In order to avoid disputes during this process of manufacturing, importing, transporting, and selling goods, there is also a need for clear rules to be set out in private contracts and agreed between the parties involved in the trade.
